Charged for no reason?

  I have never purchased an upgrade or anything, just used the free blog thing but I have a charge on my credit card? How do I get a refund?

  Probably this is the “Try premium for free” thing that nobody can figure out how to cancel before they’re charged.

  Never, ever give anyone your credit card number unless you are paying for something. The reason they want your credit card number when you sign up for something free is that at some point it won’t be free anymore.

  You can also cancel upgrades and get a refund by going to the My Upgrades page of the dashboard and clicking Refund.
