Charged for premium
-
Hi,
I just received an email with an invoice charging me A$129 for WordPress Premium for http://www.asiaclassiccarchallenge.com.
I want to make sure if this is spam, because I know nothing about premium for this website, and I wasn’t sent any warnings that a payment was going to be made.
What card was this charged to?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I just received an email with an invoice charging me A$129 for WordPress Premium for http://www.asiaclassiccarchallenge.com.
asiaclassiccarchallenge.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site — WordPress.com plans cannot be used on self hosted sites so we would not have emailed to ask for a payment for that site.
The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org are explained here:
I’ve sent an email to the email address on the WordPress.com account you are contacting us from — I’ll follow up with you there.
Let me know you don’t receive it. Thanks!

I replied to the email. Just in case you don’t see that can you inform me of the name or last four digits of the credit card charged with this transaction?
Thanks,
Ben -

Which email?
I’m really confused now because gtsupercars jetpack is connected to all my other websites- http://www.pittalkasia.com and asiaclassiccarchallenge.com.
Gtsupercars is completely different to pittalkasia.com

Hi Ben,
It’s the email address associated with the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (gtsupercars). You can see which email address this is in your Account Settings:
https://wordpress.com/me/account
A member of staff has replied to you, so when you check that email address you should see a reply.
