Charged for premium

I was just charged for a premium account and I would like to cancel that and get the refund. I do not need premium for this site. I couldn’t find it on my account page to cancel so I am hoping for some assistance to fully cancel the charge

Right, I have been to the purchase over but the problem is the purchase is not appearing so I can select it to cancel. I have a receipt number from my email confirmation but that is all

I’m not seeing that anglesperspective.wordpress.com exists on WordPress.com.
I do see that your account owns a site called anglesperspectivecom.wordpress.com and that it once had a Premium plan using the domain anglesperspective.com. But the most recent payment for an upgrade for that site was in 2019.
It looks like anglesperspective.com is currently hosted with BlueHost. Could the charge you are referring to have come from them? Otherwise, could there be another WordPress.com site that you own under a different account?

So I realized I had the wrong site. The charge was for emmasalchemy.Wordpress.com
It is is still incorrect and I would like to have the charges removed. I am still having the same issue that the premium upgrade does not show up in my active upgrades so I cannot refund or cancel. I do have receipt and charge information if needed. The charge was definitely from WordPress and not
Bluehost. Thank you!
