Charged for premium account after canceling trial period

  I was charged for a premium wordpress account after canceling the trial period.
  I canceled the wordpress premium trial after 9 days and was still charged for the service.
  I have not registered a domain and have not used anything in the service. I would therefore like a full refund.

  I realized that I received a confirmation e-mail to confirm the cancelation that I did not see due to auto filing.
  However I do not use the service and I am not planning on using it.
  Is there a way to get a refund?
