Charged for premium but no access to premium features
-
I just signed up for wordpress $99 a year premium account and registered the domain http://www.sherif-elwakil.com – I was charged the $99 – but my wordpress account does not recognize that I made this purchase.
In other words, I don’t have access to my new domain and I don’t have any premium features.
Can you please correct this? I don’t want a refund. I just want my domain and the features I paid for.

Hello-
I need an answer for this. I’ve been billed and I do not have my domain or the premium features.
Can someone help?

At present, I don’t see a WordPress.com Premium Plan associated with your site and there are no Upgrades for your account:
https://wordpress.com/me/billing
The domain sherif-elwakil.com is not registered, as well.
You can add the WordPress.com Premium Plan to your site here:

If I’ve misunderstood the issue, or if you have any other questions, please let me know.

Yes- you misunderstood. I have already been charged $99. It’s on my American Express account. So there is some sort of disconnect in your system. I registered that domain and purchased the 99$ subscription. It’s not showing up on your side because there is an error.
Can you resolve this asap.
