Charged for premium; Don't have premium account

    I never selected a premium account for the domain specified, yet I woke up with a $99 charge to my account this morning. I have never even used the domain; it was an exploratory project that never came to fruition, therefore I would like a refund. I never agreed to the automatic payments, and my account also doesn’t list this blog as a premium account. What gives? Please help me resolve this. Thank you.

    It’s actually for this domain, according to my wordpress receipt. However, I don’t see my domain on a drop down under my account: https://samanthaworgull.com

    The Premium plan purchase is associated with a different account than the one you’re currently using to contact us. But I see that you have already canceled it and have been issued a refund.

    If you would also like to cancel the domain samanthaworgull.com and receive the rest of the refund you need to contact us through that account directly.
