Hi, I have a wordpress site which was charged on 19th Dec using my papyal account. I don’t remember the exact URL, username or password of the site but I have the transaction ID. I never authorised these payments and would like a refund. I don’t know how they have happened.
The site is of course not linked to this account I’m writing on now

I don’t remember the exact URL, username or password of the site but I have the transaction ID.
Could you use the transaction ID to regain account access? Try logging out then using our account recovery form.
Once you’ve regained access we can properly cancel everything for you, and likely issue a refund as well so long as the charge is recent enough.
If that form won’t work for you, we can email for the ID, so let us know if you need more help. Just don’t post the ID publicly.

Hi, i tried using it but it says that now the site has been moved over to wordpress.org so it can’t recover it – and this was what the transaction was for, which I never signed up for. Please email me thanks

Hmm, got it. Can you try the form at wpchrg.com to see if the charge / site is located there?

thanks I’m actually in the account now as I was also given the blog url and could see my username.In my account though it says there is a chargeback in the cart of 16.50 euros I don’t know why it shows this? And when I try to delete it it just keeps popping back in.
Also, are free wordpress sites set by default to go onto a paid plan unless you opt out manually?

It looks like you have opened a dispute for the charge you didn’t recognize. It was the renewal for your Blogger plan and domain thedigitalman.blog.
Since you’ve opened a dispute, your subscriptions were canceled.
The dispute can take up to several weeks to be resolved. If you have an option to cancel it, we can have a look at the subscriptions and either refund you the full amount or restore the subscriptions.Let us know how you’d like to proceed.
