I do not have access to that account, it is not mine. I do not know what donncha12.wordpress.com even is. I did not make this charge. How can I figure this out?

Hi there,
I don’t see any active upgrades on that site, nor has there been any recent charges. We also have never had any credit card on file for the account that owns that site.
Why do you believe you’ve been charged for an upgrade on that site? Are you seeing an unknown charge on your credit card? Or did you receive an email notification regarding that site?

I literally just said that I did not make this charge. I did not receive any emails. I have no access to the account that was charged. I am trying to get a refund and your site is the only site on the planet that has no number to call in order to get prompt appropriate service.
If this is not resolved, I will be calling my bank to file a dispute.

There has not been any charge for the site that you mentioned so we’re trying to learn where do you actually see that charge. Are you sure you’ve spelled the site address correctly?
