Charged for something I didn't purchase

  My bank account was charged $35.88 but nothing shows in my billing history and I did not upgrade. Also, I don’t have my bank info associated, so how did WordPress get access and bill me? I sent a note yesterday through this support system with no response. I’d really like someone to let me know what’s going on and reverse this bogus charge.

  It sounds like a renewal fee for a WordPress.com Personal plan. Perhaps you have another upgraded site you have forgotten about? You can check here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. I have also added the modlook tag to alert a member of staff to assist you in due course.

  Thanks. I checked that and it says “Found it!” but when I click on the “view your receipt” nothing comes up. My billing history is blank. I only have one site. Thanks for tagging someone though. :)
