Charged for something I didn’t sign up for

    I have been charged $58 for a domain name survivorspace.blog, for which I show no record in my wordpress account. Please issue a refund and conduct an investigation into the account that used my card to charge for the domain.

    Hi @hvanderm, did you or an authorized card user create that domain under another username? If so, you can log out and log in as the correct user to manage the account as you’d like.

    If not, we will need some payment details to refund. Please go to https://wpchrg.com and fill out the secure form there. You’ll have an opportunity to contact our billing team directly to report the fraud and request a refund.
