Charged for subscription

Hello,
I was charged for a subscription when I have no payment method on my account and my account doesn’t show a payment history/bill. I do not want to renew my website and had no way to manage the subscription from my account so I was charges $540 then $18 also. I would really like help with this.

Do you know the URL of the site you were charged for?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
