Charged for subscription when I couldn’t cancel it

When I created a site last year, I lost access to it shortly after. When I tried to view it via the link for it, it didn’t work. When I tried to go into to cancel it/manage it, it said that my url was incorrect or that I didn’t have an account. I was charged $67 today for it even though I didn’t have access to it and couldn’t cancel it or manage it at all. Would it be possible to get a refund and cancel it for further subscriptions renewals?
