Charged instead of refunded

WordPress promised to refund $99 to paypal account (email visible only to moderators and staff) – which it did on 11/21/16. However, wordpress also erroneously charged $99 to this same account on 11/29/16 – essentially taking back the refund due and incurring additional bank fees as a result of the unexpected (and unrequested) charge. I would like a true refund of $99 sent to this account, without a follow up charge to steal it back. Thank You!

From the account you are contact us from, there has been a refund for the $99 premium charge, however, there is no history of another charge incurred. Are you referring to a different account than the one you are contacting us from? I checked the email that is associated with your PayPal account and it didn’t pull up an account.

Yes it’s strange. There is an action of -$99 for a failed transfer, but the activity has no ID as the others do. The refund amount of $99 that was in my account simultaneously disappeared. I can send screenshots if you like. – jeremy
