CHARGED! it indicated the free one.. That is all I wanted. They chared me 99.00

    I have her on my Master Card bill that You charged me for an upgrade on 12/18/2015 for 99.00. I did not want a upgrade or a site. somehow my paypall was charged and the acct linked(ending in 3886) was charged the 99.00. As you can see I have no activity with you serviced and I am not interested YET in started a business page. I was just interested in what you offer so I played around with the free for ONE day. I’m very upset and I find it discincerting that I cannot speak to someone about this matter, I just have to hope you get back to me and refund me and do the right thing. I hope you do… As I and many others constantly chat about which website company is the best route. I hope you make it easy for me to do business with me perhaps someday… I did not want a website upgrade and I don’t want a 99.00 charge.

    H there…thank you SO much for getting back to me … I plan to someday start a real thing and have a business. But I’m not there yet so I never did think I pulled the trigger on a payed subscription. Something happened and I clicked on something and through PayPal The MasterCard ending in 3886 got charged :( … Should be on here. I see the premium charge on Dec 18th. I understand refunds take time , but I would so appreciate you refunding me because as you can see , the lack of activity shows I’m not ready for that commitment. Thank you.   • Perfect, I found the charge.

    I see that you have a custom domain as well, romonoyskefotographie.net.

    So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

    Just wanted to give you a heads up!

    If you want to keep the domain, I could refund you the difference which would be $73. Otherwise, if you want to cancel it, I’ll refund the full $99.

    Thank you so much …thanks for asking You can cancel the domain as well. I really appreciate it. Lots of unexpected charges this billing cycle … And I just am not ready for a starting a blog website. I shouldn’t have been playing around. Your promo replies make me feel great about using WordPress in the future though.

    Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for the domain and premium plan subscriptions and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
