Hello! I have no idea why I was once again charged $98. I canceled everything and I don’t want this anymore. Can I please get a refund? I was just going through my history and saw i was charged $98. I do not even use this site. I can upload a screenshot of the bill. The last agent I spoke with said I won’t be charged anymore so I was supposed to see that charge.

The last registered charge on your account is from November 19, and it was canceled and refunded by my colleague who chatted with you at that time.

If the charge indeed comes from WordPress.com, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. Live Chat is only available if you are logged in to the account that has a paid plan. Best way for you is to check that billing at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

Your charges were refunded on November 20, and there were no other charges afterward. Have you compared the transaction IDs of the orders you see on your account and the ones at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing?
