I attempted to cancel my trial period but still received the receipt for full payment. I would like a full refund and deactivation of the account. My website is tied to the email account: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you for your time.

It appears as if you tried to cancel right after your 2-week free trial ended.
But, no matter, I’ve canceled the Premium upgrade, and refunded your $99.
