    charged on account today for £288 this is after I downgraded from e-commerce to premium. and then cancelled altogether as I have found a better deal and moved my domain elsewhere.

    I did not wish to renew and I did not realise that the pyment was on auto renewal as my business partner forgot to mentioned to me

    By default, annual plans (and domain registrations) are set to automatically renew 30 days before their expiration date to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features or loss of your custom domain name.

    A £288.00 refund has been sent to the payment method used for the original purchase, and you will receive it within 7-10 business days. Hope this helps!
