Charged on cancelled account! stop payment and cancel

    I already canceled this a few weeks after signing up for it. The auto-charge still went through. How do I cancel and get a refund? I would like for someone to contact me about my transaction I will not enter my information on a general platform. Thank you

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

    The WordPress was for a company I no longer own. This sight was made by a co-worker and is no longer working with that company either.

    Let me know of another way to cancel this account for smtxhomeschoolers.com.

    Yes, you can recover the account if you are able to retrieve the transaction ID for the domain purchase. That will provide us with necessary proof of ownership.

    The renewal was processed in July 2019. You may need to contact the bank for the statement.

    Once you have the transaction ID submit via https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    One other option would be to reach out to the person that set up the account and ask them to sign in and post here in this thread for us.

    I have my account which is under my current email.
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    It brought me to the site that was built on WordPress. I deleted the account but the site leads me to a screen that says I have to delete upgrades?
    This is getting involved and need someone who can help me to contact me.
    I’m not familiar with this site and need someone to refund the money to our account and delete this “page.” I do not need this service and do not have a need for this page.

    Please email me a contact number so this issue can be resolved today.

    Hang on, please disregard the last (and now deleted) reply. First day back from vacation, and I apparently started it off by searching in the wrong field. ;)

    The charge is for the domain renewal on smtxhomeschoolers.com

    If we cancel and refund that, you will lose the domain, and we cannot guarantee you will ever be able to re-register it.

    Is that ok?
