    I received an email notifying me that I would be charged $26.00 on January 3rd for an automatic renewal. As a result, I followed the link provided in the email to disable automatic renewal and was subsequently charged $26.00. I am seeking clarity as to why I was charged and how I can get refunded. Thank you!

  • It looks like the charge you saw was just the authorization and not the transaction itself, which would have been run tomorrow.

    I have voided the transaction. So you should not be charged. Let me know if you have any trouble.
