This is the transaction ID on my bank statement: WORDPRESS [redacted] HTTPSWORDPRESCA POS -$300.00. How do I get a refund?

The site associated with that transaction ID is still live, and would need to be downgraded properly. Are you able to log out and log back in as the site owner, then contact us?
If this isn’t your site please let us know and we’ll have billing take a look.

Sir, I tried to the access recovery form but it keeps saying: “Your contact email is the same as your account – if you can receive emails you should try the password reset form instead.” I do NOT have the information for the following: “What is the URL of the specific blog you are contacting us about?” Please advise.
