charged separately for domain mapping even though I paid $99 for value bundle

    I’ve purchased the $99/yearly bundle which says it includes ‘Domain Name & Mapping’ (http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/) but when I try to add a subdomain i get the following:

    Oh no! blog.natelindaman.com is already registered.

    If you own this domain you can map it to your site by following the instructions below. If you don’t own this domain, go back and try another domain name.

    So I clicked the ‘start mapping my domain button’ and I believe it charged me $13 on top of the $99 I already paid which says it includes domain mapping.

    Wtf is going on here ? I see other users in the past have had this issue, and to see that it’s recurring for 6mo+ really, really, REALLY frustrates me.

    Please advise/assist.

    and also, i am signed up as 2 admins, but even logging in as the admin which i purchased value bundle with, i get charged when I should NOT be.

    Please amend/assist.

    Hi there,

    Did you resolve this? I see that the domain mapping is enabled, but that it was also refunded, so it looks right on my end, but I want to ensure it’s correct on your end.

    You’re correct – you shouldn’t be charged. The refund can take up to 7 days to reappear in your account; PayPal advises up to a week, but it’s usually just a few days.
