Charged // Trial

    Hi WordPress team, I did a trial with you and wanted to cancel the plan before charge. I have been charged 57,12€ and have logged into both of my accounts associated with WordPress:

    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I cannot see anywhere that I have the active plan, I thought it was already cancelled. Can you please help me why I was charged? If a plan is active, please can I be refunded.

    I am confused and a little stressed, as I cannot afford this to come out of my bank account right now. If it helps, this was the statement on the charge:

    Hi there!

    I see that you already canceled the subscription, and a refund was issued from our end. Please note that your bank/card issuer may take several days to process the refund.

    You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing – You’ll need to log into the correct WordPress.com account to see the refund. You won’t see it on your @evszwrc account, as the subscription was on a different one.

    I also redacted the personal information you shared in your original post. The email addresses are only visible to forum moderators and staff, so they are not publicly visible.
