Charged twice

I recently purchased a theme for $69 and CSS for $30. I have been charged $99 twice i.e. $198.
I want to cancel and get a refund for $198!

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I have done so already. The theme no longer shows on my upgrade (I hope they refund the entire amount). CSS does show on my upgrades despite canceling it.

The only recent charge I see is for a total of $99, and it has been successfully refunded:

Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.

Thanks for responding. I do see that $99 has been refunded, waiting for the transaction to show up in the statements. However, I received two SMS saying that $99 has been deducted. I checked my financial statements online as well and it confirms the same.

If you have not received the refund within 1-2 weeks, let us know and we will further investigate the issue.
