Charged twice

    It charged me twice for the renewal for my domain, I only wanted to renew it once, how can I get the 99 extra dollars back!

    Hi there,

    Sorry about that! It looks like your renewal went through twice. I issued you a full refund for the second $99 charge. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

    I see that you also split up the WordPress.com Premium into individual upgrades. Do you want to leave them split up like that, or would you like me to combine them back into the Premium plan for you?
