Charged twice???

    Hi! I can see you bought an upgrade about a year ago, then renewed. So that’s two charges, though they’re nearly a year apart.

    You’ve requested a refund for the second one, and that’s being processed. Can you confirm whether that’s what you’re seeing, and what you’d like to do?

    Also if there are definitely two separate charges for $96 that are both recent, is there any chance you have another account with us? You can use the secure form at wpchrg.com to find the charge if you’d like.
