Charged twice for an annual plan but no access to website

    Hi! I was charged already twice for the same purchase (annual personal plan), but I cannot access it! In my dashboard it says that I only have .wordpress.com free website, and there is nothing in my billing history, although my credit card already is charged the double amount (I tried it the second time because I didn’t realize that the payment went through). Is it possible to get a refund of the extra payment? Can you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hi there!

    I pulled up your account and I see the two charges, however, the second time you tried it didn’t purchase a new plan but renewed the plan for another year. What that means is that your plan is good until 2024-08-02 now. You can see that from your purchases page here:

    I’m also showing the Personal plan active on your dashboard and your domain katjakustura.com is set to be your primary domain already:

    We can refund one of the charges (which will remove one year of your plan) or you can also choose to keep both charges. That means you won’t need to renew your plan and domain for two years.
