Charged twice for domain name

Hello,
I was erroneously charged twice for reregistering my domain name. I paid once at the beginning of this month, but for some reason, I kept getting a message that I still had to reregister. I went a head and clicked on the message, and I was charged. But then I took a look back at my statements, and I was charged for the same service early in Feb. How do I get this money back? Thanks.

You can confirm your billing history at > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and that’s where the transaction numbers are found.Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
