Charged twice for domain name

    Hello,

    I was erroneously charged twice for reregistering my domain name. I paid once at the beginning of this month, but for some reason, I kept getting a message that I still had to reregister. I went a head and clicked on the message, and I was charged. But then I took a look back at my statements, and I was charged for the same service early in Feb. How do I get this money back? Thanks.

    You can confirm your billing history at > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and that’s where the transaction numbers are found.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
