Charged twice through PayPal.

  Hi, I was charged $60 AUD twice trough PayPal.
  Requested refund and received only $60 back.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I think you need to cancel your plan for receiving that other remaining $60 not sure.

  I’ve tagged this thread with modlook to bring it to the attention of a member of staff. They should be able to check the logs to see what’s happening.

  Please keep patience while someone from support staff gets back to you.

  Hi there,

  I see only one recent payment on your account for the renewal of your plan two days ago. That payment has been refunded. You can see receipts for both transactions here:

  The only other payment on your account is for when you bought the plan on 16 December 2017. That payment cannot be refunded any more.

  Please double check the dates of the transactions appearing in PayPal. If both transactions you see are for November 2018, and they have different PayPal transaction IDs, please let me know and we can investigate further.

  Please don’t post any transaction IDs here in the forums. We’ll email you to get those if we need them.

  Thanks for your reply. I have 2 charges withdrawn from my bank account and 2 transactions in PayPal. Both for 2018. One has been refunded like requested. I’m happy to send you transaction ids.
