Charged twice when cancelled

I closed my plan and was told that the amount would be refunded to my bank as it was in the period of cancellation.
Instead of receiving a refund i was charged a second time. How do i contact wordpress to resolve this issue?

Hi there,
I see that a charge was processed on 2/11 for the amount of ¥37,500. I checked, and that amount has been canceled and refunded back to you. It can take up to 7-10 days for the charge to reflect on your bank statement, but it has been processed. All subscriptions have been canceled as well, so you should receive no more charges.

Thanks for your response. Just to clarify, I was charged twice. The second charge for the same amount and description came today. I want a refund for that charge.

I’ve checked your account on our end and I’m not sure I understand. I show that on Feb 11 your Business plan and domain (motherscoast.com) were renewed for ¥37,500 which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Shortly thereafter I see that you did cancel, and we refunded your plan and domain in two separate transactions, with a refund total of ¥37,500 as expected.
I don’t see any other activity in 2023, so please check with your bank to ensure there is no error on their end. I can confirm that your refund has been processed as a reversal so the funds never left your account (you cancelled before they could be transferred to us) so the money should be represented in your account, which they will be able to confirm for you.
