There haven’t been any charges made to the user account that you have contacted us from. In order to locate the charge we will need more information.
In the email receipt, there will be a site mentioned, can you tell me what site is listed?

Now I’m embarrassed. My husband just this moment said the billing is for HIS WordPress account!!!!! (which he’s had since 2003 and I completely forgot . . .)
