    I didn’t know that the plan will automatically renew.now I am charged.but I don’t even know how to manage a website.i don’t want to use this.i want to cancel this plan and need a refund.please do help me

    I’m really sorry to hear this. However, you don’t need to worry. In WordPress.com, refund process is really easy and super fast.

    Of what plan and on which site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here is only two months old and has never bought any plans from us.

    In order to request a refund on a paid plan, please first log in as the account that owns the upgrade in question, and then comment here to confirm.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
