Charged without warning on deactivated website

Hi I got charged about $25 for domain renewal even though the website is not active anymore. I would like to request a refund.

Hi @nakulgoel12345347c27da5a, we can likely help with a refund. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
