  I’ve taken a look your site and the cost for one year of the Personal plan is correctly displayed as C$60 in your shopping cart here: https://wordpress.com/checkout/kazimirlife.wordpress.com?order-review=true

  To clarify, the yearly plan includes a free domain for the first year, but that is for the domain only, the plan itself is still C$60 and needs to be purchased up front.
