Anyone know how to get help from wordpress.com about a charge appearing on my account?

Hi –
You can view and manage your billing history and purchases here:
https://wordpress.com/purchases
https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/There may have been an upgrade on your account set to renew via auto renew payment.
As a volunteer I do not have any access to your transaction history with WordPress.com. I have tagged this thread ‘modlook’ for staff to assist you. They will contact you here. Please subscribe to this thread so you can receive notifications.

Hello,
Thanks for your help. I have been to both of these pages before raising this issue, and the invoice in question does not show here.
What I really need to be able to do is speak to someone at WordPress to find out what the charge is for. Any ideas how I can do that?

If you do not see the charge under the account that you are logged into right now, then you possible could have more than one WordPress.com user account. The charge is going to be listed under the account that originally made the purchase.
Staff is going to contact you here.

Thank you, that is what I thought, and I do have other wordpress accounts linked to my account, none of which I can see the charge for. I think it is an account that I personally don’t know about i.e. another person within my team has set something up on our bosses Credit Card and not told me. He he
I have all the reference numbers from my bosses CC statement I just need to know what account it relates to a so I can track down a copy of the invoice to go to our accounts department.
Thanks for your help, I look forward to hearing from staff.

Hi there,
I would be happy to do some digging for you. What was the upgrade that was purchased? If it were a domain, can you provide the URL? Also, what is the WordPress.com address the charge is connected with?
Thanks!

Hey Darnel,
I think I have got to the bottom of it now. It was for a domain redirect on blog.wellcomecollection.org
Thanks,
K
