  Hello. i have two chargees on my account for 60$ . I contacted wordpress and i was told i didnt need that upgrade to complete the action i needed to do so i thought i was going to be refunded this charge please? I am not sure why i have two charges as well i only have one blog? please can you process the refunds for these charges please i am not using any features that require them yet.

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on September 26. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  There’s only one charge for $60, not two. You may confuse the refund for a second charge because it was issued on the same day.

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
