  I have what I thought was a free domain. I no longer want to be charged so please tell me how to cancel this. I have another wordpress site but I can’t find it, it’s so old. I don’t use this, haven’t for years…it may be associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi @crim19, there are no upgrades associated with the email address you provided. I do see a domain mapping renewal for crimsonvintique.com on this user account that you posted here with. Is that the one you are talking about?

  Since you have deleted the username account you posted here with, which has the upgrade on it, I have unclosed the account. Log into that account and then go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and you can initiate the refund.

  @crim19, the chargeback was decided in our favor. I have issued an $18 refund to you. There are no more charges on your account, and no sites associated with it.
