    Hi, I just cancelled my wordpress personal upgrade, and a refund is in the works, however I was also charged $48 for something on Aug 28-9th and don’t know how to get refunded for this? The cancellation I made today was for a $60 charge around the same time frame of which $53 is being refunded. But my receipt from August was for a charge of $48 – can you help me have whatever it was for refunded?

    The $48 on August 29 was from 2018, so that can’t be refunded.

    The charge you refunded today was actually this year’s renewal of that plan.
