  I’ve reviewed the account that has been used to contact us. There have never been any charges made or purchases. Please share more information about the questions you have so we can provide more help.

  Generally speaking, the account history can be seen through https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ You won’t find it under the ubxcanada account as mentioned, though.

  You can also use the https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ site to reach our billing team.
