Charges?!

    Hi,

    I appear to have been charged for WordPress premium even though my site has been closed for some time? Has anyone had experience with this before and automatic renewals?!

    Hi there!

    If you were charged, your site must have been active. What’s the address of the site in question? I do not see any paid subscriptions under your account.

    If you’re talking about the site http://www.realdatascience.io, it is hosted with Dreamhost, not WordPress.com.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
    If the site is hosted with us, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
