I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Ok. I have located my “account” it says I don’t have any sites yet so where did my money go if I don’t have a site. There are no receipts or billing charges. Help, I would like my money back

To clarify, it appears that you have more than one account with us, and the charges you are referencing here are not under your @roxenedennis but instead under the other login you have with us.
Do you not recall how to log in to that account?
