    I have been charged £99 for a site that has been closed.
    Transaction number [redacted]

    I can provide a screen shot that shows the closed account.
    Please can you arrange for a refund to be made and ensure that any subscriptions are cancelled.

    I do not see any upgrades under your @digital121 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that the transaction info you gave is connected to an upgrade that is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your digital121 login.
