  How did you all set up automatic payments from my credit card? How do I request a refund?

  Auto-payments here can be managed both during the initial purchase and at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  With that said, we have no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
