  Hello,

  I had an account. I thought I had cancelled it but I see that I’m still being charged $33. The last four of the card number is 9811. My name
  Is Juan Cintron.

  I would just like to cancel any and all accounts that may be charged to that card.

  Hi there, I checked your account, but I don’t see any purchases, transactions, or billing activity since March 1, which was fully refunded on March 7.

  Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
