  Hi there, I am being charged for plug ins purchased through this site. I need to transfer ownership and payment to another party. Can you assist?

  Also, I am wondering how I am being charged when I have no saved payment methods? I can’t even change the credit card.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
