charges after canceling the membership

    i was charged 55.19$ even after deleting my membership and even after deleting my payment method. which means you guys are holding my payment mothed even tho i delete it . if this active happens again i have to fill a fraud case against you guys with my bank and my lawyer. erase my payment method .Thank you.

    Hi there!

    I checked your account and noticed that you paid C$55.19 on January 3, 2024, and then canceled the plan on the same day. We issued a refund right away. However, your credit card may take several days to process the refund.

    If you recently saw a transaction alert for C$55.19, perhaps it’s the refund that went through? Please contact your bank to find out more, as I don’t see any second payment of C$55.19 on this WordPress.com account. You were only charged once, and that has since been refunded from our end.
