Charges for 3 Years

    Hello. I disabled this website 2-3 years ago. I’ve been seeing for as far back as I can that I am somehow still being charged $7 a month although there is no payment information in my account. I need this changed immediately and would also like to speak with someone about a refund for paying for something that has not been active in 2-3 years.

    We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Bluehost. You must contact their support to know what’s going on. By the way, none of the URL’s you gave us are working.

    If the charge was from us, you’ll find it there and can then contact billing directly about it.

    If it’s from Bluehost for WordPress hosting, you will need to contact them. Their service and ours are separate, though they both feature the free WordPress software.
