Charges for fonain

Dear sir or madam,
I was recently billed $18 on receipt no 19003478. I did not authorize this charge and further I have tried to stop it using the manage my account but there was no charges on my billing or any way to cancel the fees. Now I see the charge went thru when I did not want yo renew. Please reverse the fees and refund my account immediately. I do not want to pay for the renewal. Thank you. That is the exact value of a domain mapping upgrade renewal.
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it? -
