Charges for ‘premium account’

I contacted you last week about your unauthorized charge for a premium account. You stated you would reverse the charge if the Paypal dispute was closed. It is now closed. Please refund my money immediately. It’s sad you have to resort to such tactics during a time so many users are struggling financially. I NEVER authorized a ‘premium’ account not wanted one. Thank you for your immediate attention
