charges for website I have cancelled

  Just been charged $183 Aus! No longer have website ‘seehearland.net’. How do I get my money back?! When I log in it tells me I don’t have a site!

  Hi there,

  There is still an active domain mapping upgrade for that domain on WordPress.com, connected to a site on our Premium Plan. Those upgrades belong to a different WordPress.com account, with the username, johnbarr2013.

  Please log out of your chaucbard account and log back in as johnbarr2013, and you’ll be able to cancel those upgrades for a full refund from the Purchases screen:

  I would note the charge was for only 99USD (that account is set to be billed in USD, and has been paying in USD since the upgrades were first purchased in 2017), which converts to around 140AUD at the moment.
