Charges for years never used

    Hi. I was charged $99/year after I was very sure i canceled. If you look, I haven’t touched this site in years. It was supposed to be canceled after 1 year. I would like a refund for the subsequent two years ($200).

    Please advise. Thank you.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Depending on the plan you buy, a refund is only possible in a limited time, https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/#getting-a-refund

    Hi @cfishgold,

    I see that the last payment on the WordPress.com account you were logged in to when posting this thread was in 2018. There have been no other payments from this account. If you were charged recently, it would have been on a different WordPress.com account.
